Basic technical information. Like any website, the servers that deliver this site (we use Cloudflare) may automatically log technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages requested. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
What we don’t collect. We do not ask for payment information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal details through this website. Please don’t send them to us through the contact form.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts by default. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.

Email and how to opt out
If you contact us or ask for a review, we may email you about your request. If we send you marketing or promotional email, each message will identify us, include our mailing address, and include a simple way to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or by emailing hello@wayhousemedia.com. We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send messages directly related to services you have requested or purchased.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete or anonymize it. Records connected to a paid engagement are kept as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
